The
Tufts University Center for Children (TUCC)/University College
of Citizenship and Public Service (UCCPS) first annual Student
Project Initiative was a huge success with students and faculty
across Tufts' campuses. We received a number of excellent
project proposals from undergraduate and graduate students,
representing a range of disciplines from the Arts and Sciences
(American Studies, Political Science, History, Child Development,
UEP, Community Health), the School of Medicine, and the School
of Nutrition.
The
review panel included faculty, staff and a student from UCCPS,
Eliot Pearson Department of Child Development, the medical
school and TUCC. The projects that received funding are listed
in the chart below, and were showcased in the April
28th poster session.
